Bring a splash of colour to the field with the Arika Ripstop turnout rug. This lightweight yet durable rug was developed with the same technical features as our bestselling Arika Turnout range and is ideal for the transitional season. It protects your horse and keeps it dry and comfortable in wet weather.
The waterproof yet breathable 600-denier ripstop outer fabric is cut with a seamless back to prevent leaks. It has a waterproof rating of 3000 mm and a breathability of 3000 mvp for comfort in the field. An antibacterial, antistatic shoulder lining keeps the rug stable and improves shine.
Our design-protected two-piece hem reduces tension at the front hemline and thus offers freedom of movement and flexibility in the field. The patented, 45°-angled T-front closure and the antibacterial, antistatic shoulder lining ease pressure on the chest and shoulder, reduce the risk of rubbing and allow free movement when riding and grazing.
You can choose from the various fill-weight options that suit your horse's needs. Rest assured that the thermally sealed fill will not clump or slip down, even when wet.
Practical technical features make this rug your preferred option for use in the field. Reflective details make your horse easier to spot and catch in the dark. The PVC-coated tail strap is easy to clean. Cross surcingles provide a secure hold under the belly and elastic leg straps provide extra security.
The detachable neck offers various coverage options, while the Arika liner attachments at the neck and back allow additional liners to be fitted for versatile temperature regulation across the seasons.
